Mr. Naresh Jalan took an active plunge into Ramkrishna Forgings Limited in the year 1995. His dynamic leadership and financial acumen have seen RKFL invest significantly in State of Art Facilities employing the best-in-class technologies, expanding the range of products both in size and criticality and thus take giant strides towards being strategic partners to all its customers globally

Mr. Mahabir Jalan founded the organization despite several odds in the year 1981. A mechanical engineer from BITS Pilani, he has a rich experience of well over 45 years in the field of forgings. He has been instrumental in establishing RKFL as a pioneer in the forging industry in the eastern part of India. He is the driving force behind all expansions and new technologies which RKFL has incorporated within its fold over the years

Mr. Chaitanya Jalan and joined the business in 2017 and is actively involved in identifying key growth opportunities for the future in both, conventional and electric mobility. He is spearheading all inorganic expansions as well as forward integration plans to venture into newer territories and thus derive the next growth spurt for Ramkrishna Forgings Limited
