Umang: Open Mass Communication program was held on 29th November 2016 at our Plant 3 & 4, Jamshedpur. The RKFL Employee Reward & Recognition program is to acknowledge and express appreciation for outstanding accomplishments made by employees of RKFL.

The accomplishments need not fall entirely within the scope of normal duties but shall be in the nature of a major contribution reflecting RKFL and depiction of its value. The accomplishment or contribution must be so singularly outstanding that special recognition is justified.

Our senior management including our Hon’ble MD sir not only directly addressed the concerns and grievances of the employees face to face but also rewarded employees for their exceptional performance during the year.
