This most advanced water-based coating system ensures that positively charged paint particles are uniformly deposited on conductive metal surfaces. State-of-the-Art CED Capabilities Our CED operations utilise a dip-type process that is fully automated via PLC-based transporters and controlled by high-tech SCADA systems. The facility is engineered for versatility and scale: Large-Scale Capacity: A tank length of 2850 mm allows us to accommodate safety-critical components such as front axle beams. Heavy-Duty Handling: The transporter system manages a maximum weight of 700 kg per basket. Premium Material Partnerships: We utilise high-performance pre-treatment chemicals from Chemetall or Nihon Parkerizing and premium paints from Kansai Nerolac Paints. Integrated Spray Painting & Quality Beyond CED, RKFL maintains robust Auto Spray Painting capabilities integrated directly into our automated foundry lines at Plant 8 and RKCSL 4. These operations ensure maximum productivity and consistency for cast and forged components. Our facilities are CQI-12 compliant, meeting the stringent international standards for coating system assessments required by global automotive OEMs. The entire process, from zinc phosphating and surface activation to final curing, is designed to provide superior rust prevention and a high-quality finish for safety-critical parts.
