Hammers ranging from 0.5T to 6.5T, upsetters from 2” to 6”, automated Ring Rolling line for Crown Wheels, Impressive array of press lines ranging from 2000T to 12500T (Wedge press), Extrusion Forging line for spindles, a 630T and 2000T Warm forging press lines for high precision differential gears & pinions allows RKFL to be able to supply components from 0.5Kgs to 200Kgs with varying degrees of criticalities and complexities. RKFL thus is a one stop destination for all its customer requirements. With an installed capacity of 210900 MT , RKFL is ranked as the 2nd biggest integrated forging facility in India

RKFL is one of the few companies in the forging industry for whom a bulk of the power requirements are fuelled by renewable sources. RKFL has developed a Greenhouse Gas Inventory conforming to ISO14064 standard.
