RKFL is equipped with a wide variety of heat treatment technologies in order to ensure the right quality and strength of its products are passed on to all its clients. All process like Normalizing, Iso-Annealing, Hardening & Tempering, Carburizing, Sealed Quenching, Press Quenching & Induction hardening are done in-house employing the most advanced methodology which are PLC controlled and are SCADA controlled. All the Heat Treatment systems at RKFL conform to the CQI9 Standards of Assessment
